I guess you could say we got along well (SANADA recalled his relationship with BUSHI when they were training in AJPW). (BUSHI) had a personality that was easy to get along with… Once, I got into a fight with BUSHI. When we were talking in the dormitory, I don’t remember exactly, but I must have joked around or said something that annoyed him. Then BUSHI slapped me, and I went in to tackle him, but he slapped me again. At that time, it was a little scary (he smiled).
SANADA wrapped up his run in NJPW’s G1 Climax 33 tournament and revealed that he worked through it with a bicep injury.
This weekend, BUSHI is going to be in action at IMPACT x NJPW Multiverse United 2 in a Scramble match.
