Originally published at Saraya (Paige) debuts in AEW at Dynamite Grand Slam
AEW adds Saraya to their women’s division.
The Interim AEW Women’s World Championship was defended in a four-way match at Dynamite Grand Slam. Toni Storm successfully retained over Britt Baker, Serena Deeb and Athena.
Post-match, Baker ambushed Storm and then Jamie Hayter made her way to the ring and acted as if she was there to stop Baker. Hayter then joined in on attacking Toni and they were joined by Deeb who jumped on Athena.
Coming out for the save was former 3-time WWE Women’s Champion Saraya (Paige) and she ran off the opposition. Tony Khan announced that Paige has signed with the company.

Saraya became a free agent when WWE chose not to renew her contract over the summer. She is scheduled to guest referee next month at her family’s WAW promotion.
