Sasha Banks reflects on some of her favorite matches.

Coming out of her loss to Bianca Belair at WrestleMania 37 in April, Sasha Banks recently made her return to WWE television to set up the rematch between herself and Belair that is taking place at SummerSlam on August 21st.

With SummerSlam being one week away, Banks guest appeared on the Rasslin’ with Brandon F. Walker show to promote the event and during their conversation, she reflected on several of her favorite matches from her WWE career. Both matches that Banks mentioned included Bayley which were their Hell In A Cell and TakeOver: Brooklyn bouts.

I have had a ton but yes, that has to be definitely one of my top five matches of all-time something so dangerous like that type of match. I know that she has me no matter what, whatever type of match that we have in that ring together.

Banks is looking forward to mixing it up with the likes of Toni Storm, Tegan Nox and Shotzi Blackheart who are fresh faces to the SmackDown brand.

She discussed being able to adapt to different opponents in the ring and used Zelina Vega and Nia Jax as examples of how she approaches being in the ring with different talents.

There’s everything and that’s why I try to be the best. I try to have skills in every single category. When I’m in the ring with someone like, say a Zelina or a Nia Jax, I have to change up my game because those are two completely different type of players that I’m gonna be in the ring with. I study like nobody else. I wanna have the greatest women’s matches with every single person I’m in the ring with so, I think of it as a game. Like how can I make this the greatest match tonight and how can this be the best match ever with this person I’m in the ring with?

One name that Banks is also looking forward to working with is former Raw Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley. Sasha stated that she is impressed by how good Ripley is at her age.

is killing it. She is awesome. I hope to work with her one day. She’s an up-and-comer and I can’t believe how young she is and I watch her and I’m like, ‘Wow, she’s talented.’

Along with Banks versus Belair, there are six other matches on the SummerSlam card and thus far, only one is not for a championship.
