Tuesday’s episode of SmackDown Live saw the show hit its highest viewership average in a month on a night without competition from the NBA.

The show averaged 1,983,000 viewers on the USA Network, an increase of 8.5% from last week’s average and their highest since the April 23rd edition of the show. This followed Monday’s edition of Raw hitting their highest mark since the Superstar Shakeup last month.

SmackDown went against the San Jose Sharks vs. St. Louis Blues NHL playoff game, which did 1,807,000 viewers on the NBC Sports Network.

The season finale of Miz & Mrs. directly followed SmackDown and averaged 1,037,000 viewers, which was their second-highest number since returning in April. The second half of Season 1 ran from April 2 until this week with an average viewership of 1,045,000 viewers. The series has been picked up for a second season, which will feature 20 episodes on the USA Network.

Edit: For What it’s worth Bucks/Raptors Game 2 on Friday was down 48% from last year with Lebron and Cleveland against Boston

So here’s an explanation the NBA did 3.6 million
