She states that she has unfinished business in the promotion.

While in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Starlight Kid was in action at the SPARK Joshi event and she was in the semi-main event. She bested Sumie Sakai to become the new SPARK Joshi World Champion.

Prior to heading overseas, Proresu-TODAY conducted an interview with her and as the conversation moved along, Giulia, Utama Hayashishita, Mai Sakurai, Yuzuki and MIRAI’s exits from STARDOM were brought up.

Speaking on that, Starlight Kid stated that she has unfinished business with the promotion. There could come a point when she becomes a freelancer or heads to another organization, but she still has things she wants do where she’s at such as winning the Wonder of Stardom Title.

But when I thought about it, I realized that I still had some unfinished business at STARDOM… Eventually, I might become a freelancer or leave the organization to go to another organization. But right now, I still have things to do in STARDOM… The last time (I challenged for Wonder of Stardom Title) was my fourth attempt.

It was in 2021 that Starlight Kid had to join Oedo Tai after her team lost a 10-woman tag match. She then rebranded herself to match Oedo Tai. Initially, she had no desire to turn heel and thought it would not suit her.

I had no desire to be a heel at all. Some people might have thought I should try it at least once for experience, but I thought it would be impossible for me, that it would not suit me… I’m glad I did it.

Starlight Kid is 22 years of age and has tallied up nine years of in-ring experience. She’s been a part of STARDOM since the beginning of her in-ring career in 2015.
