The NJPW Resurgence lineup is beginning to round out.
New Japan Pro-Wrestling is filling out the card for their Resurgence show at the L.A. Coliseum on August 14th. The latest addition to the card is an inter-promotional match that will see NJPW’s Tomohiro Ishii take on IMPACT Wrestling’s Moose.
IMPACT and New Japan have been exchanging talent dating back to the likes of Chris Bey competing in the USA Super J-Cup tournament, FinJuice (David Finlay & Juice Robinson) capturing the IMPACT Tag Titles and the current NEVER Openweight Champion Jay White appearing at Slammiversary.

With the addition of Moose versus Ishii, that brings the Resurgence match count to six and here’s the updated lineup:
- NEVER Openweight Championship: Jay White (c) vs. David Finlay
- Alex Coughlin vs. Karl Fredericks
- Rocky Romero, Fred Rosser & Wheeler YUTA vs. Ren Narita, Clark Connors & TJP
- IWGP U.S. Heavyweight Championship: Lance Archer (c) vs. Hiroshi Tanahashi
- Jon Moxley & TBA vs. The Good Brothers (Doc Gallows & Karl Anderson)
- Moose vs. Tomohiro Ishii
