WWE Raw ranked first among prime-time broadcasts this past Monday while NXT rebounded from last week’s low figures.

The July 8 edition of Raw from Ottawa following Money in the Bank averaged 1,750,000 viewers and 773,000 (0.59) in the 18-49 demographic, according to Programming Insider & Wrestlenomics.

Overall viewership experienced a seven percent decline with the 18-49 audience falling by five percent this week. Raw still topped everything in the demo in prime-time including network programs The Bachelorette (0.45) on ABC and American Ninja Warrior (0.31) on NBC.

Raw averaged 1,846,000 viewers and 0.62 in the demo for the first hour featuring CM Punk and Seth Rollins opening the show. The second hour dropped to 1,781,000 and stayed at 0.62 before a decline to 1,623,000 and 0.53 in the final hour culminating with Rhea Ripley’s return after the main event.

In Canada, Raw ranked first among sports programs for the night with 269,700 viewers and 105,100 in the 25-54 demographic. It ranked ahead of the Calgary Stampede coverage, the Portugal vs. France soccer game, and Wimbledon coverage. There was no Toronto Blue Jays game on Monday which allowed WWE to win the night in sports.

The July 9 edition of NXT saw one of the show’s best demo numbers of the year with 656,000 viewers and 311,000 (0.24), per Programming Insider & Wrestlenomics.

This followed last week’s episode, which posted the show’s lowest overall viewership since July 2023.

This week’s episode grew 21 percent in viewership and increased 60 percent in the 18-49 audience and was NXT’s fourth-largest 18-49 audience this year.

NXT ranked eighth among all prime-time programs and topped everything on cable except FS 1’s coverage of the Copa America semifinal game between Canada and Argentina.

NXT averaged 101,000 viewers and 39,000 in the 25-54 demographic on Sportsnet 360 in Canada. The show did not rank among the top ten sports programs, which was led by the Canada vs. Argentina soccer game averaging 2,586,500 viewers and over one million in the demo.
