@johnpollock How can these guys & Impact get away with charging such a ridiculous amount in Canada? It is only $5 less than ordering a WWE PPV if you are still doing that.
I’d happily pay a reasonable amount monthly to support them, because I want them to do well. I think I’ll be going through nefarious means if this pricing continues though.
UK fan here, I have no idea what to make of this. On one hand, it’s great that this has UK TV coverage, but I feel that due to it’s start time and price it might not have the traction people hope it has.
I also feel that this show is basically a collection of matches with the possibility of it leading somewhere.
Having it on ITV Box Office may be the clue that maybe AEW has a contract with ITV, so any weekly shows may end up on ITV 4.
Personally as this is the start, maybe they should have this show on a Free To Air channel (Even on a 24 tape delay to cover adverts)
I don’t see many staying up to watch it live, maybe on repeat.
No idea. I just assumed it was the promotions, but I guess it could be the carriers too. Either way, I think it is totally ridiculous to charge only $5 less than a WWE PPV.
