& Phil Chertok present the UFC 245 POST Show recapping Saturday’s card from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

On the card, there were three championship fights with Kamaru Usman defending the welterweight title against Colby Covington, Max Holloway defending the featherweight title against Alexander Volkanovski, and women’s bantamweight champion Amanda Nunes in a rematch with Germaine de Randamie for the 135-pound title.

Plus, Jose Aldo makes his bantamweight debut against Marlon Moraes and Urijah Faber meets rising star Petr Yan to round out the pay-per-view card.

Whilst I enjoyed your conversation about who are the next deserving challengers are for the champions, I feel it’s all moot considering Dana White is itching to give Conor McGregor a lightweight title fight if he beats Ceronne at Welterweight.

I feel that you could be on a 3 fight losing streak, but it’s inconsequential if you’re popular and/or have name value

Yoel Romero has lost his last 2 fights. He has lost 3 of his last 4 fights. He missed weight in 2 of his last 3 fights. Yoel Romero’s next fight will be against Isreal Adesanya for the UFC middleweight championship.

This just seems to be the way things are right now unfortunately.
