WWE had reported 59,000 pre-registrations in the first 24 hours after the event was announced in April this year, a company record, leading some to expect a swift sell-out. However, WrestleMania-level ticket priceswere thought to have dampened initial interest.

The event will mark the first large-scale stadium event run by WWE in the UK since SummerSlam 1992, which was held at Wembley Stadium, London.

Makes you wonder…WWE has an insane amount of popularity, if they can sell out 60K with weekly TV at times being as bad as it is, imagine what they could do if the majority of their weekly storylines were great. They could be doing this all the time.

Yes but, why try when you got guaranteed money coming in?

For the record, I dont think they dont try. I think Vince thinks that creative is good. Either way, to answer your question, to have more money coming in.
