It was previously made official that Dakota Kai and Toxic Attraction (Mandy Rose, Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jayne) would be competing against Io Shirai, Cora Jade and Raquel Gonzalez on 12/5 in WarGames. Kay Lee Ray opted to align with Jade, Shirai and Gonzalez and she’ll be joining their team. On the 11/30 NXT 2.0, Kay Lee Ray and Dakota Kai are going one-on-one and the winner will have secured the WarGames advantage for their team.

During a pre-match interview, Indi Hartwell said Dexter Lumis is going to be out of action for a month after Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams ambushed him and stomped a chair onto his hand.

NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose took on Cora Jade and Jade scored a win over Rose.

Santos Escobar had his first match back on NXT 2.0 since losing a North American Title match to Isaiah ‘Swerve’ Scott. Escobar defeated Malik Blade in his return.

Announced for 11/30 is Joe Gacy’s ‘All Inclusive Invitational’. Gacy is set to challenge Roderick Strong for the Cruiserweight Title at WarGames.

To open the 11/23 show, Grayson Waller interrupted the signature intro and said his name will one day be mentioned alongside talents like Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, John Cena and Roman Reigns. Waller then had a singles match against NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa which Ciampa won.

Waller and L.A. Knight brawled throughout the entire show. Both men are competing in WarGames.
