Sarray, the former Sareee made her NXT in-ring debut and picked up a win over Zoey Stark. After their match, Stark and Sarray shook hands and as Stark exited the ring, she was attacked by Toni Storm.

On the 4/27 episode of NXT, Bronson Reed is taking on Austin Theory. If Reed wins, he gets another shot at Johnny Gargano’s North American Championship. Reed lost to Gargano on night two of TakeOver: Stand & Deliver.

Candice LeRae was beat down by NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions Shotzi Blackheart and Ember Moon. Shortly after, LeRae and Indi Hartwell were granted a rematch for the tag titles. The two teams met on night one of TakeOver: Stand & Deliver and the current champions retained.

Beth Phoenix conducted a sit-down interview with Io Shirai which was Io’s first appearance since losing the NXT Women’s Title to Raquel Gonzalez. The interview was interrupted by Franky Monet (Taya Valkyrie).

Prior to his main event match against Cameron Grimes, Kyle O’Reilly came face-to-face with Scarlett and NXT Champion Karrion Kross backstage.

Scheduled for next week’s program is Mercedes Martinez versus Dakota Kai along with KUSHIDA and MSK (Nash Carter & Wes Lee) taking on Legado Del Fantasma (Santos Escobar, Joaquin Wilde & Raul Mendoza).
