They employ these people. WWE should be responsible whenever an employee screws up. When a pro athlete screws up you don’t hear their team say - he or she is responsible for their actions.
Wtf??
Of course they do!
Conor McGregor threw a dolly and injured a women and recently has been accused of rape many times. Do you see Dana doing anything to him!l??
There was a wife beater NFL guy who Dana gave a contract to. Remember that?
Even in other sports - Jason Kidd beat his wife and got nothing. Marshawyn Lynch? Nothing.
Scottie pippen? Nothing.
Even recently Roberto Osuna was praised by the Astros as The GM told off female reporters.
Why should the WWE be forced to take action?
I’m saying they do more than put out a lame, nothing statement like that. MLB, NFL and NBA have counselling services that players can attend. WWE does nothing. They want all the positives that a performer can bring but offer to help zero of the negatives.
I think their statements are tone deaf, but agree they are not required to do anything.
They have sent people to rehab. I think their stance is more these people are independent contractors and they have help if it’s asked for. It’s never really forced on people.
Instead of blaming WWE I would blame Jeff Hardy
Yeah, they’re independent contractors, but only in cases like this where it benefits the company.
I think you have to compare them to Dana. I still think they treat people way better than. UFC does. Conor could probably kill someone and Dana would book a fight during his bail
I think comparing them to better is the better plan, rather than comparing them to another organization not doing things well.
ACH has definitely made the situation worse with those words towards Jay Lethal. Hopefully the message doesn’t get lost in that

THE WHOLE WWE SYSTEM IS FRAUD!
THEY CREATED THIS SYSTEM WHERE YOU CANT TRUST ANYONE, YOU GROW COLD, AND YOU GROW APART FROM WHAT YOU LOVE THE MOST!
The fact that @HulkHogan is still employed after giving the locker room an apology for being caught says enough.#ForTheCulture
Unquote.
It’s also insulting that the Fed brought back Hogan and forced the apology so he could go on to make millions, and the company could make hundreds of millions, from the Saudis.
None. At least nothing notable.
As for releasing him, why would they do that. They can literally squat on his contract for 3 years, pay him his downside. And challenge him to file a lawsuit to get out. I would LOVE for him to go after WWE for his release under some independent contractor stuff. But he’s basically SOL.
I feel like it’s only a matter of time for some talent to challenge the “independent contractor” bullshit.
They would need to unionize and that would need to include the top talent. I doubt that will ever happen because it would likely be worse for the top talent.
“Uh yeah. Listen, what Conor does outside of the octagon is Conor’s business. We will let the proper authorities handle that, and we’re going to keep the ball rolling in the mid time. And for all you fucking white knights, we all know you’re going to buy the card, so why don’t you sit down, and shut the fuck up?”
- Dana White’s exact response to this scenario (probably)
You’re probably right, I swear that Vince has sold his soul to the devil, I agree The WWE have somehow gotten out of situations that in a way you begrudgingly admire.
You watch, it’ll be something inconsequential that will be the company’s downfall.
Someone challenged the UFC and lost. Trump apparently helped and he’s good buddies with Vince.
As long as Trump is in power this isn’t happening. He will help Vince squash it
I understand why ACH is complaining, the shirt was awful from the get go though when he started throwing shade at Jay Lethal for being an “Uncle Tom” for zero reason I’m less sympathetic towards him. Titus O’Neill had a good response for him one he started posting things he couldn’t take back. For his sake I hope the company just keep him at home instead trying to work with him through it all.
The WWE is remarkably scandal resistant.
I’m fucking floored that there hasn’t been a major sexual harassment accusation that has stuck.
I’m not going to post the articles but there has been sexual harassment accusations in the past.
