WWE Hall Of Famer Edge is returning to SmackDown on 10/1. That edition of SmackDown is night one of the 2021 WWE Draft and it’s going to be Edge’s first appearance since losing to Seth Rollins at Madison Square Garden several weeks ago.
Headlining the 9/24 SmackDown was Montez Ford versus Universal Champion Roman Reigns. Reigns won via submission and post-match, Reigns and The Usos (Jimmy & Jey Uso) were taken out by ‘The Demon’ Finn Balor. Balor is challenging Reigns for the Universal Title this Sunday at Extreme Rules in a Extreme Rules match.

Zelina Vega and Liv Morgan went one-on-one and Zelina defeated Liv. At Extreme Rules, Liv is scheduled to take on Carmella in singles competition.
During tonight’s show, Naomi made her way out to the ring and requested that she gets a match after asking Sonya Deville to sanction one for weeks. Deville denied Naomi’s request and had her removed from the ring. She mentioned that she would beat Naomi but she’s not an active in-ring talent anymore.
