We review the entire show including a wacky Buy-In pre-show and a main card featuring The Young Bucks & Kenny Omega vs. Lucha Bros. & Laredo Kid.

I’m a little ashamed that i know this but…

The Justin Wong who handed Jebailey the fightstick is pro fighting game player Justin Wong. The co-founder of Twitch is a different Justin Wong.

Regarding Kenny/Batista…

I have no idea about the actual Batista imitation but the lights going off and then this guy suddenly being knocked out was to replicate Akuma’s iconic ‘Raging Demon’ move.

I haven’t seen the pre-show, but if a GameCube controller was used in the Jebailey/Nakazawa match, that was because, to my knowledge, Super Smash Bros. players widely prefer the GameCube controller to play it; these games remain big at fighting game tournaments. So much so that, when the latest SSB game came out on the Switch, a GameCube-style controller compatible with the Switch was released.

Great review by the way. I watched it after finishing the show late last night.
