Why is AJ the only wrestler that takes this spot? I have to think guys like Braun and Roman would launch some guys. Seems pretty basic.

Some must feel it’s too old school but in fairness you can get some great reactions when that move is done right.
Flair always took a back drop well. He’d always take it on his side though rather than flat back. I think I heard once it was due to the plane crash he was in. Can anyone confirm?
I’m told it’s because nobody was taught how to take them. Strictly flat backs and forward rolls are common.
