Eight-time NBA All Star Dwight Howard appears at WWE tryouts

Eight-time NBA All-Star Dwight Howard made an unexpected appearance at the WWE tryouts on Friday.

Howard appeared at the Wildhorse Saloon in Nashville and cut a promo for those in attendance, which included members of the media:

Howard, 36, most recently played for the L.A. Lakers, representing his third stint with the team.

He has also played with the Orlando Magic, Houston Rockets, Atlanta Hawks, Charlotte Hornets, and Washington Wizards.

He was drafted first overall by the Magic in 2004 and won an NBA championship in 2020 with the Lakers.

Howard spoke with reporter Arash Markazi and stated he would like to continue his NBA career but is ready to move to WWE if that doesn’t happen.
