Great show from start to finish!
The intertwining of storylines in the opening segment and the post match physicality was such a satisfying bookend and I really look forward to the possibilities ahead as they work towards Full Gear.
It can’t be ignored that the ring veterans are really out there doing their best to give a master class in all things, and watching guys like Ricky Starks go at it verbally with Adam Copeland was a great show of that.
Christian Cage versus Bryan Danielson: WOW. AEW presented it as a big match and they delivered just that!
Statlander vs. Blue was SOLID! Second only to the main event in quality. Glad to see Willow in the mix post match.
The pivot to the faux diamond ring with Juice Robinson delivering a winded yet heavily effective promo was just what was needed to get the RIGHT kind of heat on Robinson and the BangBang Gang
Tony Schiavone was a godsend, keep him on the Collision team until Ian Ricaboni decides to assume the role full time.
This show was really booked well and everybody has story coming out of it that I genuinely feel hyped for the coming week of AEW content. Even the Acclaimed seem revived!
And Fletcher vs. Omega?! LFG
Keep the local advertising strong and pack those arenas, TK!
