Tonight had its positives and negatives. The positives being it showcased a lot of lesser seen talent, but also ended up being the usual fare of predictable outcomes. The rumours of the AAA/CMLL dissention pretty much eliminated Penta’s chances of winning, and most of the discussion around the show seemed to be twitter drama between Kevin Kelly and Ian Riccoboni. I know enhancement matches seem to be the flavour, but I would like to see more consequential matches in the future. Maybe that could help with the ratings slump.
