What a difference almost 6 years make. This show felt both different and familiar if that makes sense.

The show was pretty solid, but I’m glad we moved on from NJPW brief flirtation from Inokiism 2.0 that happened after Shibata and Sakuraba returned.

The highlights for me were the opening match, the NEVER title match and the main event.

The one wrestler that is still with the company that felt the most different on this show was Naito. Given this just happened after the infamous fan vote at Wrestle Kingdom its fascinating to see how he has evolved since this show.
