Mad props for Cody recognizing the nuance and challenges of race relations. As a side note (please don’t get political), progressive darling Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez retweeted Cody and said the statement is a unique look into the discourse on race.

Cody speaks from a place of his own experience having that kind of marriage and relationship and family. Points of views are always rooted in experience. It takes smart people to understand what shapes their own
