The Hall of Famer also chats Jade Cargill, Bianca Belair, Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch.
Throughout her 13 years as an active wrestler, Jacqueline Moore spent six of those with WWE. She’s a two-time Women’s Champion in the company and became the first Black WWE Cruiserweight Champion in addition to being the third woman to hold the title.
In 2016, she was inducted into their Hall of Fame. Moore is hoping to return to WWE and expressed that while being interviewed by the Attitude Era Podcast. She said she still has a little left in the tank and if the likes of Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Trish Stratus and John Cena can come back, she can too.
I would hope (I could return to WWE). Vince (McMahon), Triple H, somebody, y’all can call me. I still have a little left in the tank. I still have a little left in the tank. So if you can return Trish (Stratus) and The Rock can return and John Cena can return, Jacqueline can return too, you know? That’s what I’m talking about.
She spoke about the current crop of talent that has caught her attention. She named Charlotte Flair, Bianca Belair, Becky Lynch and Jade Cargill.
Further speaking about Cargill, Moore thinks she has a good look and WWE will do right by her. She agreed that Cargill versus Belair would be a good match.
Right now, it’s Charlotte (Flair that I like to watch). I got to give the girl — she’s bad. Charlotte can wrestle, she can wrestle her ass off… Who else? Becky (Lynch). Becky’s out there and I see they just signed Jade (Cargill). She has a good look to herself. She has a really good look, she’s strong and I think they’re gonna do her right. She’s got star power and who else? Who else out there that is really — Bianca (Belair), come on now… That would be a hell of a match (Cargill vs. Belair). That would be a hell of a match. But there’s many more girls out there that can wrestle, that deserve a push.
The last time Jacqueline wrestled was in 2018 when she was a part of the first WWE women’s Royal Rumble. Moore entered in at #21 and was eliminated by Nia Jax.
In another media appearance, Moore expressed interest in doing one more match and named Flair and Belair as potential opponents.
