It’s not the smartest idea for HHH & Stephanie McMahon to make a bunch of public appearances with Vince. Whoever is advising Vince on this PR tour, is just refining him to where they perceive their base and most sympathetic audience lives. So, weird non-communicative promos on SmackDown and RAW, then an awkward photo at a UFC event. Leaning into their existing audience first, and then lean into an appearance with a more male and perceived sympathetic audience.

It’s an unapologetic or non-apology tour.

Sets the stage for when the findings are revealed, he can stand in front of that base and talk about how “he doesn’t hide from things…” Despite the entire issue being how he’s hidden awful actions and choices, meaning he does in fact hide from things.
