This week, John & Wai will drop their monthly ASK-A-WAI Mailbag Show. This is a delayed mailbag due to the live version of the show we hosted on POST Podcast Day in April. This show will be released Friday morning and there is still time to leave your questions in the POST Wrestling Forum.
John & Wai will be LIVE for Double Double, Iced Capp & Espresso members on Sunday night immediately after the WrestleMania Backlash card with an instant review and then, will open the phone lines with reaction to the show.
Kate from Montreal will join Wai Ting for Rewind-A-SmackDown this Friday at 10:15 pm ET for all Café members.
We are LIVE after each edition of WWE Raw, AEW Dynamite & Friday Night SmackDown. Rewind-A-Raw and Dynamite are available 15 minutes after each episode for Double Double+ subscribers while Rewind-A-SmackDown is live for all Patrons Friday nights.

UFC 262
The UFC returns to pay-per-view on Saturday with a sold-out card from Houston, Texas. UFC 262 will see the crowning of a new lightweight champion as the vacant title will be decided when Michael Chandler competes with Charles Oliveira in the main event. The card lost the Nate Diaz vs. Leon Edwards fight but does have some depth including an important fight for Tony Ferguson as he fights Beneil Dariush to stay afloat in the deep lightweight mix.
On Thursday, John Pollock will be releasing a preview for UFC 262 for members of the POST Wrestling Café.
On Saturday night, John & Phil Chertok are live on POST Wrestling’s YouTube channel with the UFC 262 POST Show that is free for all. You can also interact with POST listeners throughout the card and during the POST Show on the POST Discord.
