Regarding Kid Rock:
As someone who only watches the highlights and listens to this show. I tracked down the tribute based on John Pollock’s hilarious description and he was right.

When asked who belongs on the WWE version of Mount Rushmore I have a new answer!
Rick Flair, Stone Cold, Kid Rock and John Cena.

Sorry The Rock, Sorry Shawn Michaels, Sorry Bret Hart, Sorry Undertaker…you all might replace the likes of John Cena on a WWE Mount Rushmore, but you aren’t on the level of Mr. Rock.

Frankly I’m amazed the WWE allowed a name like The Rock in the WWE when one of its 20 year legends Mr. Rock was already part of the company. Normally WWE tries to avoid name confusion but I now understand that The Rock’s success comes in part from the reflected glory of Mr. Rock’s name.

Wai Ting calling equating her ‘hair up’ to Finn Balors demon in a deadpan tone with no reaction whatsoever from John Pollock was hilarious.

So thats why the company never worked with Chris Rock, Bob Rock, Rock Hudson, Rocky Road, Aesop Rocky, The Roc Nation, etc. …
