Ring of Honor will be presenting its Final Battle event exclusively on the Honor Club streaming platform in December.

The promotion’s year-end show is set for Friday, December 15 in Garland, Texas, and will be available to all subscribers at Honor Club with no additional upcost.

Since Tony Khan’s purchase of ROH in early 2022, the brand has featured quarterly pay-per-views distributed outside of Honor Club for a regular pay-per-view fee.

From the press release:

Tickets will go on-sale Friday October 27th at 10am CT at ROHTix, and come December 15th, if you’re not in the building to experience the greatest pound-for-pound pro wrestling on the planet, the only place to watch it will be on HonorClub! That’s right, for just the cost of your Honor Club subscription and nothing more, you will be able to watch Ring of Honor’s premier year-end event, right alongside all the other amazing content available!

Final Battle is set for the Curtis Culwell Center in Garland, Texas with AEW running the same building the following night for a live edition of Collision.

Nice. The marks who actually subscribe to ROH deserve some sort of reward

I think it’s a pretty smart idea. Especially if they’re doing an AEW PPV between Christmas and New Year, as rumoured.

Also, more importantly, this is a hook the Honor Club has been missing. Include the PPVs, and you’ve got a lot more people jumping on board.

These “marks” you speak of include people that do podcasts for the site.

I agree that it’s a good hook for the service.

It’s a statement on the quality of ROH weekly shows. Cannot imagine anyone paying to watch that product. Including the pay per views should have been included from launch
