Sami Callihan returned at TNA Rebellion to assist Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace.

During the Knockouts Championship match, Grace had to overcome multiple attacks by Jason Hotch & John Skyler, who were in the corner of Steph De Lander.

Heading into the show, the promotion had teased someone showing up with a “Lights Out” tease.

The first time the arena darkened, the lights came on and PCO appeared. He took out Hotch & Skyler but was jumped by Kon.

As Kon threw PCO onto the edge of the apron, he was about to snap Grace’s neck when the lights went out again. This time it was Callihan who was revealed.

Callihan fought off Kon which led to Grace hitting the Juggernaut Driver and pinning De Lander to retain the Knockouts Championship.

Callihan left the promotion last September after being part of IMPACT/TNA going back to 2017.
