AEW has added a match between Sammy Guevara and Wheeler Yuta for tonight’s Fyter Fest-themed episode from Cedar Park, Texas.

The match was added on Wednesday following Yuta’s appearances on AEW Dark and Dark: Elevation over the past week. Last week, Yuta defeated Ryan Nemeth on Dark and was featured on both programs this past week.

According to WrestleTix, over 4,500 tickets have been distributed for tonight’s show and are very close to selling out the total number of tickets put on sale at the H-E-B Center in Cedar Park.

Here is the card for night one of Fyter Fest airing tonight at 8 p.m. ET on TNT and TSN 2 in Canada:

Amazing spotlight opportunity for Yuta. A great talent who has been on a roll the last year.

He’s great and he definitely deserves to wind up at one of the big companies permanently (if Japan was open, I feel like that would have happened after his Strong run), but I hope they’re signing him if he’s getting a valuable spot on a Dynamite when that roster is so overpacked with guys who can fill a role like this who otherwise aren’t getting that TNT time right now.
