Originally published at Samoa Joe to respond to Karrion Kross, Franky Monet set for WWE NXT
Additions made to the 7/20 WWE NXT lineup.
Closing out last week’s episode of NXT was Karrion Kross defeating Johnny Gargano to retain the NXT Championship. Samoa Joe was the referee for the match and after exchanging words and going back and forth during the match, Kross choked Joe out after his win. Kross made his Monday Night Raw debut on 7/19 and lost to Jeff Hardy. Joe will address Kross on tonight’s show.
The NXT Breakout Tournament continues as Odyssey Jones meets Andre Chase. Last week, Duke Hudson bounced Ikemen Jiro from the tourney.
Both Franky Monet and Kyle O’Reilly will be in action. O’Reilly is set to take on Austin Theory. In addition to those matches, Drake Maverick is facing the Million Dollar Champion L.A. Knight.
