I think Melissa (along w/someone like Jazz or LuFisto) would be beneficial not just on Dynamite, but behind the scenes. AEW needs their own version of Sara Del Ray.
As great as the NXT women have been over the past few years, most of that doesn’t happen w/o having a consistent/steady hand coaching those girls up behind the scenes. Unfortunately for AEW, I don’t think Kenny or Brandi can provide that type of leadership.
