The origin of "head on a swivel"?

On the WWE’s glassdoor, there is a review from a supposed former employee.

He notes:

WWE is not life. You are not saving lives, and a wrestling/production company should be a fun, creative, professional environment, but it’s not because everyone’s head is constantly on a swivel.

Could the constant use of the phrase be somebody trying to poke fun at this review? The review is dated December 4, can’t remember if the phrase was being used before then.

The Usos were the ones who made it popular in WWE from what I can remember. And I think they borrowed it from hip hop. Like everything WWE discovers it too late and overuses. In two years time they’ll be telling us the WWE Network is lit.
