John Pollock is solo with the UFC 237 POST Show.

Off the top, Pollock goes over the news regarding Silver King’s passing at a Lucha Libre London card on Saturday where he collapsed during his match and died.

Then, a full review of the UFC 237 card from Brazil where Jessica Andrade made an enormous comeback in her fight with Rose Namajunas to win the UFC strawweight title, Jared Cannonier took out Anderson Silva and dismissed the audience, Alexander Volkanovski improved his UFC unbeaten streak, BJ Penn continued his streak, and Viviane Araujo pulls off a remarkable feat in her fight with Talita Bernardo.

If that’s not enough, Pollock also runs through Bellator 221 with Patricio “Pitbull” Freire becoming the lightweight and featherweight champion in a disputed finish against Michael Chandler, Douglas Lima and Michael “Venom” Page met in the semi-finals of the Welterweight Grand Prix, and Jake Hager had his second pro fight from the Allstate Arena in Chicago.

The Referee was in a difficult position in The Chandler/Pitbull fight.

Chandler was not moving or covering up while face down as Pitbull was punching.

If he had let it continue as it was he would have been criticized for letting it continue.

Chandler was moving as he moved in to stop it, but there was no way of telling.

Granted it would have been a lot different if Chandler was face up whilst on the ground

Wow John called it lol. Frankie Edgar versus Max Holloway expected for UFC 240. Hope Volkanovski doesn’t have to fight again before getting a title shot.
