I know this forum is (naturally) nearly 99% wrestling talk, but I just read an article that Deadpan is ONCE AGAIN “dead”, with the latest writers being shuttered. The first set created a site called Defector. I haven’t signed up for it yet but I’m tempted. I’ve heard about Bellingcat and other sites. Of course, The Athletic is one of the “bigger” names, though they’ve went through budget cuts themselves.
If you’re supporting wrestling journalism you’re likely supporting other genres as well…or you may need to get suggestions like myself. Don’t be shy - who got the good news???
