NXT GM William Regal made it official that Johnny Gargano will challenge Karrion Kross for the NXT Championship on 7/13. Samoa Joe is going to be the special guest referee for the bout. During their in-ring segment tonight, Kross stated that his goals are to never lose the NXT Title, headline WrestleMania and become WWE Champion.

Cameron Grimes got his shot at L.A. Knight’s Million Dollar Championship. The stipulation was that if Grimes lost, he has to become L.A. Knight’s butler. The final sequence of the match saw Knight hit a spike DDT onto Grimes on top of the Million Dollar Title. That led to Knight securing the win.
In the main event of tonight’s show, Adam Cole defeated Kyle O’Reilly in singles competition.
Opening the show was MSK (Nash Carter & Wes Lee) successfully retaining the NXT Tag Team Titles by besting Timothy Thatcher and Tommaso Ciampa.
