WWE Raw continues to hemorrhage viewers with their empty arena shows with a 9% drop this week and hitting their lowest mark of 2020.

This week’s show fell under two million viewers for the second time in three weeks finishing with 1,913,000 viewers.

The show did not have a massive tune-out factor as the show started with one of its lowest opening hours ever with 1,994,000 viewers. The second decreased slightly to 1,913,000 and fell 4% in the final hour to 1,832,000.

The 18-49 demo was down 20% this week with a 0.56, although the hours still ranked 3rd, 5th, and 7th among Monday’s cable programs.

The demos hit hardest were females 12-34 that fell 32% this week and 33% over the course of the episode. Females 18-49 were down 31% from last week, and adults 25-54 declined 22%.

The demo that held up strongest was males 12-34 that increased 10.5% this week and only fell 2% from the first to the third hour. Adults over the age of 50 were up 6.5% this week.

This would rank among the lowest episodes of Raw in modern history with the only ones lower being taped episodes on Christmas Eve 2018 (1,775,000 viewers) and December 23, 2019 (1,842,000). The previous low from this year was the episode two weeks ago that did 1,924,000 for the go-home episode leading into WrestleMania 36.

This week’s episode had little in the way of advertised matches or segments beyond a preview promoting Drew McIntyre and Becky Lynch appearing. Next week’s show has already promoted three Money in the Bank qualifying matches with Rey Mysterio vs. Murphy, Aleister Black vs. Austin Theory, and Apollo Crews vs. MVP.

Good thing they go live…

@johnpollock - Is there a way to know the lowest all time RAW episodes? Or is it sort of difficult going back to the 90’s, as it was mostly ratings points vs house holds?

A lot of the data was ratings points as opposed to actual viewership.
