Hey guys, great show as usual.

Just to clarify something you said about the question of how WWE expanding around the world could bring scrutiny about their labour practices.

If foreign talent signs and moves to the US, that’s one thing. But if WWE are building performance centers in other countries and signing wrestlers to work within a performance centre in say Germany, then German labour law is going to be an issue. Doesn’t matter that the WWE is a US company on that case.

I think German and EU labour law could definitely come into conflict with WWE contract practices but like in the US, governments aren’t going to pay attention to what’s going on in pro wrestling outside of drug and wrestler death scandals.

  1. Looking at the Women’s Royal Rumble lets me see how varying the sizes of the competitors are. I couldn’t see “Kacey Cat Zingano” really competing with a Nia Jaxx or Charlotte. Far fetched idea for WWE to create a lighter weight division for the women?

  2. I know WWE/UFC own their own rings but do smaller promotions rent rings when they get to a new city?

  3. A few years ago, Wai mentioned how his belt is probably the dirtiest clothing item he owns due to constantly touching it AFTER using the bathroom. Since that conversation, I made sure to disinfect my belt at least once a week, have you all started cleaning your belts yet?
